Office Administrative Assistant

What You’ll Do:
The Office Administrative Assistant will oversee operations across the organization’s office. You will wear multiple hats and partner in providing an effective and efficient environment. You will handle a wide range of administrative, office, and executive-support-related tasks.
 
Tasks include: Coordinating meetings and scheduling for business partners and the talent acquisition team; taking notes; organizing and ordering in-office kitchen supplies; handling all catering and lunch need; arranging travel and accommodations for external candidates and internal employees; performing clerical duties; managing all mail and shipments; managing jobs posting on external and internal sites; other duties may be assigned by the Business Partners and/or Manager. 
What You’ll Need:
  • Experience coordinating day-to-day tasks for a mid-size office
  • Meticulous attention to detail and knowledge of G-suite applications
  • Ability and willingness to take full ownership of processes and  multi-task
  • Self-motivated and driven to take initiative and work on a collaborative team
  • Strong communication skills
